  •  Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of natural medicine from India. The word translates to "The Science of Life." It focuses on the idea that health is a dynamic state of balance between your body, mind, environment, and spirit. Balance is restored through nutrition, daily rhythms, and personalized lifestyle practices.

  • Unlike many wellness approaches that focus solely on symptoms, I look at the root cause of your imbalance. I blend ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with a deep understanding of modern women’s health. My approach is:

    • Sustainable: I focus on small, manageable rituals that fit into a busy, modern life.
