At Tula Ayurveda, we guide women through every season of life—from navigating stress and hormonal shifts to finding deep, lasting energy.

You deserve support that honors your whole being. We believe true health isn’t a quick fix—it’s a compassionate return to balance, rooted in ancient wisdom. We help you restore harmony from the inside out, empowering you to live a more grounded, aligned, and vibrant life.

Why Women Choose Tula Ayurveda

Women come to Tula Ayurveda when they’re feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or out of sync with their bodies. Many are navigating stress or burnout, dealing with digestion issues or a sluggish metabolism, or noticing changes in their energy, mood, or sleep. Others are moving through PMS, cycle irregularities, or the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause. And many simply want a more holistic, sustainable way to feel well—one that supports body, mind, and spirit.

What they find here is an approach that truly meets them where they are. Everything at Tula Ayurveda is personalized, because no woman is the same and no healing plan should be either. We focus on root causes, not quick fixes, supporting your whole being rather than isolated symptoms. The process is gentle and compassionate, never restrictive or harsh, and always designed to fit into real life. Most importantly, the work is empowering—you learn how to support yourself long-term, so feeling well becomes your new normal.

My Journey to Ayurveda

Like many women, I spent years cycling through restrictive diets and wellness trends—gluten-free, Keto, Paleo—hoping to alleviate frustrating, persistent symptoms. The endless search left me feeling depleted and frustrated. My journey shifted when I discovered Ayurveda. This 5,000-year-old science doesn't offer quick fixes; it offers wisdom. By learning to honor my body’s unique rhythms and internal climate, I finally achieved the lasting vitality and peace I didn’t know were possible.

This profound personal transformation became my calling. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, I now guide women ready to step off the symptom treadmill. I show them how to use compassionate, time-tested practices to restore their foundational health, strengthen their Ojas (vitality), and create a sustainable path to well-being at any age.
